--- type: skill slug: weekly-planner name: Weekly Planner audience: people category: Productivity schedule: Weekly, Sunday 6:00 PM setup: 3 minutes platforms: [Grok Bot, Muse, Dots] writes_or_sends: Read-only unless you approve calendar holds. version: 1.0.0 updated: 2026-10-31 --- # Weekly Planner > A week plan that fits the hours you actually have. - Category: Productivity - Schedule: Weekly, Sunday 6:00 PM - Works with: Grok Bot, Muse, Dots - Setup time: 3 minutes - Version: 1.0.0 (updated 2026-10-31) - Cost: light ## What it does Most weekly plans fail because they ignore the calendar. Weekly Planner starts from it: it counts your meeting hours, finds the real gaps, and fits your three most important outcomes into specific blocks. When the work doesn't fit, it says so on Sunday instead of Thursday, and suggests what to move or drop. With your approval, it can hold the focus blocks on your calendar. ## What you get - Your top three outcomes, each scheduled - Meeting hours vs free focus time - A day-by-day table - Overload and deadline warnings with fixes - A clear list of what can wait ## Data it uses - Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar - Task app (Notion, Todoist, Linear) (optional) ## Safety - Writes or sends: Read-only unless you approve calendar holds. - Reads: Next week's calendar events - Reads: Open tasks and due dates (if a task app is connected) - Reads: Calendar write access, only for holds you approve - Cost: Low: ~4 runs a month. - Warning: It only creates calendar holds after you say yes to each plan. - Warning: Your assistant needs calendar write permission for holds; read-only works for planning alone. ## Install - SKILL.md: https://botplaza.lol/skills/weekly-planner/SKILL.md - Zip: https://botplaza.lol/downloads/weekly-planner.zip - JSON: https://botplaza.lol/skills/weekly-planner.json - Ready prompt: https://botplaza.lol/api/install?slug=weekly-planner&platform=grok (or muse, dots) - MCP: call install_skill with slug "weekly-planner" at https://botplaza.lol/api/mcp ### Grok Bot (verified) 1.
