## What it does

Tailored Resume starts from your master resume and one job posting. It pulls the posting's must-haves, picks and rewords your strongest matching experience, keeps it to one page, and never adds a skill you don't have. It ends with an honest gap list so you know what an interviewer might probe.

### Grok Bot (verified)

1. Copy skills/tailored-resume/SKILL.md (the whole file, including the --- header).
2. Open a one-to-one chat with your Grok Bot and paste the prompt below, with the file where it says.
3. When the Bot asks, connect: Google Drive (optional, to save each version). It shows a connect card right in the chat.
