Tell it your home type, your climate and what you have, such as a furnace, a water heater, gutters or a car, and it builds a schedule of recurring and seasonal tasks. On the 1st of each month you get a short checklist of what's due, why it matters and how long it takes, with safety checks at the top. Say 'done' and it logs the date and rolls the next one forward. Calendar reminders are added only when you approve them. ## What you get - A monthly checklist, safety jobs first - Why each job matters and how long it takes - Seasonal jobs timed to your climate - Overdue jobs carried forward until done - Optional calendar reminders you approve ## Data it uses - Assistant memory (your home profile and task log) - Web search (climate and manufacturer intervals) (optional) - Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar (optional) ## Safety - Writes or sends: Read-only unless you approve calendar reminders. - Reads: Your home and vehicle profile and task log (kept in memory) - Reads: Public climate and manufacturer maintenance guidance - Reads: Calendar write access, only for reminders you approve - Cost: Low: one run a month. - Warning: Never buys, pays, cancels, returns or sends anything without your explicit OK for that item. - Warning: General upkeep guidance, not a professional inspection. For gas, electrical or structural problems, call a licensed pro. - Warning: It never books contractors or buys parts. ## Install - SKILL.md: https://botplaza.lol/skills/home-maintenance-calendar/SKILL.md - Zip: https://botplaza.lol/downloads/home-maintenance-calendar.zip - JSON: https://botplaza.lol/skills/home-maintenance-calendar.json - Ready prompt: https://botplaza.lol/api/install?slug=home-maintenance-calendar&platform=grok (or muse, dots) - MCP: call install_skill with slug "home-maintenance-calendar" at https://botplaza.lol/api/mcp ### Grok Bot 1.
