## What it does

Application Filler does the form-filling grind. It opens the posting, fills every field from your application rules and resume, uploads the tailored files, and collects any question it can't answer into one message. It stops at the Submit button and shows you the filled form. It submits only when you say so.

## Safety

- Writes or sends: Fills forms; submits only after your explicit OK. Drafts only. Nothing is submitted or sent without your OK.
- Reads: The application form pages
- Reads: Your standing answers, tailored resume and optional cover letter
- Reads: Receipt emails (only if connected)
- Cost: On demand. Each form is one of the heavier runs (many page steps).
- Warning: Drafts only: nothing is submitted, applied for, or sent without your explicit OK.
- Warning: It stops at Submit and waits for your explicit OK on every application.
- Warning: Demographic and work-authorization answers come only from your standing answers; it never guesses.

### Grok Bot

1. Copy skills/application-filler/SKILL.md (the whole file, including the --- header).
2. Open a one-to-one chat with your Grok Bot and paste the prompt below, with the file where it says.
3. When the Bot asks, connect: A browser the assistant can control, Gmail or Outlook (optional, to confirm the receipt). It shows a connect card right in the chat.
4. Try it once now: "Run Application Filler."

Note: Skills and routines are saved by asking the Bot; no settings to dig through.
